When It’s Finally Your Turn was birth from a place of complete surrenderance. It wasn’t until I made the decision to stop waiting on others to open a door for me and get bold enough to create a door for myself. As I detail my journey in my career as a chemist my hope is that readers will stop playing small in their own lives. I played life by the rules play by play only to find myself with my livelihood in the hands of others. Then it happened. It finally became my turn and it became clear that I had always been standing in the midst of my turn. I just had to trust God and the process of taking the step and deciding to do NOW instead of later.
